Website Privacy Notice

VelaHR receives information you submit through website forms or email, such as your name, work email, job title, organization, organization size and enquiry details. The Employer Briefing and The Velas signup forms are processed through Mailchimp. Speaking enquiries currently open a prepared email for the visitor to review and send.

Website information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver requested communications, assess potential services and maintain business relationships. Subscription emails include an unsubscribe option.

The website links to or uses third-party services including Mailchimp for email signups and Calendly for scheduling. Information submitted to those services is also governed by their privacy practices.

Website signup data is separate from employee-support usage. Product-specific collection, access, retention and employer reporting depend on the purchased configuration and documented technical controls. VelaHR does not use this website notice to make unverified promises about product functionality.
